Expert Info Please: Long Wait for Division Orders

I am leased to Chesapeake and they have drilled a well in my section. The serial number for my well is 240766. It is in S12-T16N-R14W in Caddo Parish. Sonrise hasnt been updated since 01/03/2011 at which time this is posted; "RIG UP COIL TUBING UNIT; COMPLETION OPS". Since I can tell that they are connected to their gathering system and am relatively sure that it is turned to sales, I called Chesapeake and requested info. The young lady was very polite and checked for data on the well. She then told me that it was indeed "turned to sales" as of 01/12/2011. Then she went on to tell me that "division orders" would be sent within 4 to 6 months. Is this timeline normal/ordinary or is there something I should/could do to expedite. It just seems like an inordinate amount of time for the company to delay and use money that should be being paid to the mineral owners leased to them. Any help or info will be appreciated.

Where on CHK website is the prompt located for signing up for daily production reports?

I already have a user name and password to review my revenue checks, but I don't see a  prompt for daily production reports.

You will need to call owner relations to get a user name and password.

Looks as if the well came in around 13,822 mcf with a 18/64 choke. I think the IP could have been higher because they were still going through flowback at the time this was reported.

I don't think so. The later test was much lower. Also, it would depend on how many days of production were in Nov, this would seem plausible. Even if the well was on for the entire month of Nov, this would give the well an avrg. of 5.6 mmcf/d. But, the well probally was not on for the whole month.

 

Watch it to see what happens for the month of Dec.

Jan will not be a good indicator, many wells went down with the cold.

Most of that township has been drilled and a majority of the wells have come in between 14,000 mcf to 19,000 mcf. I guess we'll see what gets reported to Sonris

And a majority of those wells were produced from a 22/64th choke.

Looks like the Stevens Well 12-16-14 officially came in at 15.048 mmcf/day on 22/64 choke, Flow Pressure 6482. Pretty good well.

Thanks Scott.... I've surely seen worse results around here. Maybe the tighter chock will lessen the decline curve on it. Again... thanks for your help.
