I see where the completion report for the Black Stone Rebecca well number F 1SN was submitted last Friday (7/22/2011). I've been following this well as it's very close to my family's property. I would be greatful if someone who is familiar with these reports could tell me if this is a good one. Thanks in advance...........

CeeTee, it's not a Haynesville well so try not to compare it to results from HA shale. It is still not clear which formation they are producing from (wildcat) but the IP was 1.25 MMcfd of NG and if you look at the G-5 report, it also produced 45 bbls of condensate. The reported pressure is low (90# FTP) and the choke is wide open.
It will be interesting to see which field the well is assigned to.
Production
March: 5,979 mcf gas; 1,486 bbl condensate
April: 7,117 mcf gas; 1,146 bbl condensate
May: 19,019 mcf gas; 852 bbl condensate
Completion Packet: http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/CMPL/publicSearchAction.do?packetSum...
I'm guessing it has a compressor on it since it shows sells going to TPF which I think is a higher pressure gathering system than this well seems to be? Might explain the gas volumes going up too?
Thanks for you helpful reply jffreel. Does the L-1 Header form tell you anything as to the possible formation?
Driller depth: 8962 ft.
Schlumberger depth: 8446 ft.
Bottom log interval: 8438 ft.
Top log interval: 3270 ft.
Thanks again......
