Gas Prices

Attached is the latest on prices received by landowners in the Haynesville Shale.  It's been a while since I posted, and I will continue to collect data and try to update the survey every 3 - 6 months.  Thanks to all of you who submit pricing information to me.

All of the above or anyone that got a check for February 2that and had 50 percent taken out instead of the usual 19 percent that is stated above would you please call/email CHK and demand a revision.

Demanding a revision is important....

I am leased to Chesapeake and Samson on the well below.  Chesapeake lease is free of deductions while Samson is not.

Friggin thieves they are.  How do you argue this injustice with the behemoth?  Would  the State Attorney General be any help if enough royalty owners were to complain?  Just askin'.

Don't bother calling CHK.  You will most likely get somone's voicemail...  Callbacks are pretty slim to none...In my experiences with CHK calls.

I am e-mailing CHK a "revision" demand today.  It can't hurt any more than it does already!

I do not know what the answer is.... I do know that CHK was taking 19 percent away from each one of our monthly checks (I question that as well) and then feb 2012 CHK got us for more than 50 per cent. We called and emailed demanding an explanation and my family is now asking how they calculate to get to this number....
And they will not give us an answer or explanation.....

If everyone demands this something has to happen so folks out there please call and email and then go over there heads for that person's boss.... Thanks

Seems to me that the upset and totally fed-up CHK royalty owners should be calling Ryan Seidemann at the Louisiana Attorney General's office and complaining BIG TIME.  If the AG got flooded with calls per upset La. voters, I'd bet that it might at least stir it up for CHK.

In others words, concerned GHS members should go viral and spread the word to all those who are leased by CHK and thus make themselves heard loud and clear by our "elected" officials whose job it is to serve us taxpaying public voters and protect La. landowners from being cheated by snaky CHK.
