About this AIX Energy, my husband and his family own 160 acres near the AR border and we have received several letters from the lawyer concerning this. From our understanding, years ago this land was not divided properly and AIX is trying to straighten things out legally before proceeding. Aubrey mentioned a pre-conference hearing, should be contact the lawyer about doing this? We don't totally understand everything going on, this was my husband's grandfather's farm.

Yes, Peggy is my father-in-law's baby sister. I passed this info on to my husband and we appreciate the valuable information for we did not know. Will let you know how this turns out and any future notifications. Thanks again! Brenda

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly.
