You can amend the small succession to identify the errors in the original, and the relevant corrections. This correction must be notarized and then filed in the conveyance records of the parish where the property is located. It would be best if you get the original affiants (i.e. people who signed it the first time) to appear before the same notary for the correction.
If any third party is disputing your ownership or the small succession, you should get a certified copy of the correction from the clerk of court after you file it. Forward that to third parties by certified mail, return receipt requested.
