I'm interested in sending a certified demand letter to Chesapeake... We own our mineral rights... never was interested in leasing them. We live in Keithville in the Woolworth/Colquitt area. I saw a sample for one for Texas but understand that LA is a bit different. They put up the well near us probably 3-4 years ago... That's just a guess. We understand that a demand letter is what's necessary to find out the when's and how's of what happens next in being compensated... Whether it's this year or 5 years from now. Thanks!
