I signed with Miller Land like 3 months ago and still no check. How long does it take?

I'm assuming you leased with Miller Land, and you are asking where your bonus check is?
If so, yes, 3 months is a long time unless there was some unexpected title issue, but they would have probably contacted you about that. I have not heard of Miller Land slow paying, so maybe there is more to the issue.
If you are asking about royalty check(s), that would depend (among other things) on whether you are in a productive unit (or productive lease), when it was turned to sales, etc...

Sure, especially if they are holding a signed lease by you and there has been no payment in 3 mos.
