hello and is it required by law or statute that the operators mail your Force Pooling notice, via Certified Mail ?

seems like some do and some do not, but what is the actual law ? does anyone know how to look this up ?

how do they know you got it and can make your Election, if not required to send certified ?

dino,

i've attached a link to the occ's pooling information web-page. note: in my reading of things, it doesn't specify a notice standard other than 'operator must mail'.

you might want to give them a call.

what happens when newspapers are obsolete someday !

What a crock .....

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
