I have a small bit of property that is in Harrison County, It is family land and I always wanted to live there. Last week I took a trip there and decided it is too full of gas lines etc to live on ,so I have made up my mind to sell. for the last few years(I'm sure you all have!) I've gotten letters from numerous royalty buyers, I'm interested in selling the land also. Does anyone have any suggestions for me as to who or where I might look for a buyer? Stephanie

If you are getting royalty from the existing wells, there may be any number of companies interested. If it is a sizeable tract or the income is substantial, there may a lot of folks interested.
Frankly, I am as well.
