The names on the well plat have nothing to do with well spacing.  Most LA TMS Units are a section wide, one mile, 5280'.  I wouldn't consider it official until alternate unit well applications are approved at some point in the future but I suspect the spacing will be 660', so maximum wells per unit would be 8 should an operator choose to drill that many.

Any word on any New proposed units  ???  Little SIlver Creek and Wilmer Fields....Tangi or Wash Parish.???

I would look for wells only to be drilled in the highest productive areas of the TMS. When the price of oil recovers then you may see expansion into higher risk areas. The operators will try to HBP areas of high production first in this low dollar world oil.

Forming units doesn't mean drilling a well in the near future or even long term future.

No new units have been added to the Commissioner's public hearing schedule since I last updated the unit list for Tangi.

We just received additional unit notices from Goodrich.  Units B through H have been proposed for the Wilmer Field and  Units AA, BB, CC, and DD have been proposed for Little Silver Creek Field.
