The Taylor well reached Total Depth 1/30/15 and was completed shortly thereafter although not yet reported as complete on the state database.  Have any GHS members with interest in the Taylor received a Division Order?  A royalty statement?

Been interested in this myself Skip, as you know.

Looks like Nadel Gassman is putting in a well site not a quarter mile just north and west of the Joe Smelley well?  Must be just a vertical, or if horizonal would have to go north?  Anything out on this yet?

Just a permit.  N&G doesn't currently have any rigs drilling.

Fred is right Skip. There is a location being built in the NW corner of Sec. 16, T18N-R2W. WRM has filed a pre application notice to drill from their through Sec. 21 to the South. N & G has a well permitted in Sec. 9, 18N-2W, it is to be a horizontal drilling to the north but not getting out of Section 9.

Okay, thanks guys.  Let's not get too far off subject here.  I'm curious to know if we can find proof of how long the Taylor well has been flowing to sales.  I think it's possibly time for mineral lessors under the well to be hearing something from WRM in regard to a Division Order and first royalty statements.

Understood, I'm very curious to know this information too Skip - thanks!

I have been receiving checks from this well since May, with the earliest production dates in March. Still no division order, and I was told by WRM yesterday that they may not send out any division order unless it's requested.

That's interesting.  Especially the part about not issuing a DO. Thanks, Davis.  Since there is no completion report entered in the database at this time and there are lots of rumors regarding well performance,  would you mind posting the production amounts from your royalty statement(s) referencing the effective dates.  The first royalty statement is normally for several months of production and those thereafter are for a single month.

FYI, WRM has completed drilling on the Joe Smelley site and in the process of moving the rig.

Thanks for this.

I don't have a check stub handy, but I was told in July that it was around 18.5CF/day. Judging by the size of this month's check, production has dropped about 70%, and from what I understand, is hindered by the size of the pipeline in the area, and the number of wells flowing into it. They are working on that now, but I'm not sure how long that will take.

Thanks, Davis.  We would appreciate a monthly production figure from your royalty statement when it is convenient for you to do so.

Just a friendly addition of appreciation for any information you could share. Thanks!
