Someone correct me if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that the property on Bostwick Road is owned by the Blount family. If they don't own the entire unit, they own a vast majority of it.
it's my understanding o & g co.s only need 320 acres (half a section) to "force a well". I've also heard they need 75% of the section. But I don't think they have to have all 640 acres to force a well....meaning they can pay you the top amount they've already paid others for their mineral rts. Be aware Chesapeake has been leasing in the Blanchard area since Jan. 08 for hundreds of dollars. Check with a landman (one you trust if you can find one) to get the absolute facts.
They showed the pad being built & interviewed the owner on televison a couple of weeks ago.
Ray, I live on the Bostwick Rd and I have not seen any signs of Drilling.

I saw this video on the news, they were interviewing this guy about the nosiy drilling going on on his land...

I'm certain they said Bostwick Rd...but evidently thats not the case.
The only HS well permit on Sonris for T18-R15 is in section 7, permitted for 13,000' v and 4,000'h on 7-1-08.
