To my knowledge, such a well has not yet been permitted. Unless there was a specific time limit in your sharing agreement which will cause it to expire... they can come back at any time and add a PSA (Production Sharing Agreement) allocation well. They are not drilling anywhere in Dist. right now.

I'm sorry, I flipped open the wrong workbook to look for that well (obviously not properly caffeinated). 

That permit is good until August 30 this year but not to worry. XTO renews expired permits in Shelby Co. with some regularity. The proposed lateral is 11,300' which would be the second longest in this county, to date. Both of those units have a producing well so they are not under any pressure to drill this one, at the moment... which may be a good thing considering the current gas price.
