I can't help you much, but many of the landowners in Section 28 haven't leased yet. . .including some big names. They plan on organizing, so you may want to wait - power in numbers!! See if you can get one contact in that section, then follow their lead!

Mr. Jackson, you might check in on the discussion titled, Oil and Gas Local numbers on this site, there are some numbers posted there and Coonman has been kind enough to list numerous web addresses. I don't know where Sect. 28 is, but from what I have seen on this site I would say that most of DeSoto parish is pushing $20,000 w/25% and up.
thanks to : jamie-rick-desoto excit-shaleloverCd3/Ds4-and desoto dude. by the way will give u a call asap.
I am in Sec. 28 Township17N, R14W Jenkins Acres Is your lot the vacant one on Wisteria? If so there is a group, Pinecroft Coalition, that is meeting July31 at Pinecroft Baptist Church at 7pm (?). Call Raymond Warrick at 318-686-1747. I am already in a different group. Check out our website at www.swshc.org
