The Red Diamond Rig doesn't appear on the current rig report but the cut off for reporting status was Friday so this rig may not show up until next Friday.  There should be a rig sign and a well sign on the road or drive leading to the well pad.  The well sign will have the operator name, well name, serial number and section-township-range.  The well sign must be where it can be viewed by the public.  Suggest you go take a look if you can, Teresa.  If not, ask again on Saturday when the new rig report is available.

thanks, I will take a closer look at the sign.  Maybe more information has been added to it.  Yesterday it only had the name and rig number on it.  I think it might be a work over rig but not sure.

There will be two signs a "rig sign" that the drilling contractor is responsible for and a second sign that is the "well sign" which is the responsibility of the operating company.  The rig sign goes up before any personnel and equipment arrives to put the rig up.  The well sign is required to be in place when the rig begins to drill.  So, there could be a few days lag time between the two.
