04/01/21 received certified mail from Chesapeake with notification to me of intention to perform workover operations under AFE No 1009441 to restore production Has this procedure been completed

There is no work permit listed for this well at this time. Additionally there is no obvious change in recent production that would indicate that the well was taken off line in order to perform a work over.
