I did some horseplay with the production numbers last week and the cash flow gross was roughly a half million dollars in sales monthly. Roughly 2/3 of former numbers due to the current market. Do these rig and maintenance companies ever do any bartering, or contracts where they'll do all maintenance and upkeep for a cut of the proceeds? Just to generate cash flow when times are slow?

Update: DSCC#1 state well page changed/corrected, now showing strong production (well repaired).  Go figure....

Perfs were added.  See work permit data at the bottom of the page.

First royalty check arrived today, June29,2015, dinner for two at Ruth'sChris.

Congratulations.  Ruth's Chris sounds like a great place to spend mail box money.

We share your boredom.  You have to look hard these days to find any reason for encouragement.  Congratulations to the employees of Hilcorp.

Anyone here kept up with this well and lessee status; post bankruptcy? Well hasn't been productive for quite some time now. ORX Resources LCC now owns the well; considering calling them for status and balance info. Contact Name is Gia Lepere, Phone 1-985-630-3328 & Fax 225-425-7877.  Again, just wondering if anyone here has looked into this; or kept up with it?

Followup, I just faxed, texted, and will send certified mail inquiry to ORX/Falcon on Tuesday. If that doesn't work, I'll proceed from there.

Anyone following this thread?  ORX Falcon (Hilcorp) Lessee Relations Brammer Engineering never replied, and so I went through the LA Attorney General's Office and had them handle the correspondence.  Brammer replied with a statement declaring my numerical small share of interest and then stated that they owe me only $7; which is total BullshT...   I'm considering working up another excel worksheet (7 years) just to see AG's reaction and theirs. Of course, the bankruptcy may have drained it all, and so might be a total waste of time ($7).  I was just trying to get some answers as to never receiving much of anything from the lease; a few steak dinners.
What has this world come to?  Devil in the details, it's just the nature of the beast.  Fiat currency (toilet paper). On another note, some of you might find this interesting (religion): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pcx3F0isso

I'd like to think the fine will result in serious efforts to reduce emissions but in the grand scheme of things, it's a slap on the wrist.  Unless monitoring and fining continue, Hilcorp will likely think they are better off ignoring the regulations and paying the piddly fines.
