Gayila, we covered the sale to Brookston when it occurred back in September. I'll put a link to that short discussion below. Your reduced royalty checks may or may not be associated with that sale. The reason could be specifically with your wells. If you post the section-township-range, I'll take a look at them and see if there is anything obvious. You should also take note of the gross price you were getting under Comstock and what you are getting from Brookston now. The terms of your lease are binding upon the well operator not matter what operator that may be.

I note from your prior posts that your minerals are located in 13-12N-16W. CV RA SUP;Wilson Etal 13H #1 has not reported any production to the state since August. This may be because of the sale and change of operator with the state. The change over takes some time. This is the only producing non-Comstock operated well in that section.
All the non-Haynesville wells in the Logansport Field are still shown as operated by Comstock so the change of operator with the state has not been finalized. It likely will be soon. Then let's revisit this to see if your royalty payments have been reinstated.
Comstock only sold their non-Haynesville wells. You should continue to receive payment from Comstock on your Haynesville wells. Brookston should start paying soon on your non-Haynesville wells. Wilson Etal 13H #1 is a Cotton Valley well. The other wells you list are all Haynesville Shale wells.
