Thanks, William.  Yes, Apex is as aggressive in E TX as the company is in NW LA.  If you have information on lease terms or areas receiving offers, I suggest that you post it on the Nacogdoches Group page.

Likely Apex but the best means to get information and to share it is by posting in the Nacogdoches Group.  Location specific discussion often get lost on the main page.

Spring, that doesn't matter.  Everyone who is a member of any GHS group gets an email notice for all "new" discussions.  Many of the groups have not been active for some time but if those members are still alive and their email hasn't changed, they will receive a notice email.  One of the many advantages built into the website architecture.  Keith has been trying to make sure all those functions are working.

There are two parts to this.  You must set your page preferences and Keith must make sure the site host is enabling the notice emails.  Those who are not getting them like Rock Man need to post so Keith knows.

I just added a discussion to the Nacogdoches County group hoping to generate activity in the group, as well as to connect with other mineral owners, in Nacogdoches Co., who have been approached by Apex.

Hi Skip,
I was in this group years ago and have just rejoined. I'm having a bit of difficulty navigating the site.
Im trying to find an active discussion regarding Apex currently leasing in Nacogdoches Co. Apex has offered me two leases, neither of which i have signed. They are becoming increasingly aggressive with me stating that I am the "one hold out" in one of the two tracts they are looking to lease.
Anyway, I would sure like to connect with others who may be in a similar situation.
I didn't see any current discussions in the Nacogdoches County group.
Could you help me find a current discussion that I could join relative to Apex current leasing in Nacogdoches County?
