I just got a call today, from XTO, saying they were running a pipeline from east to west, across the Attoyac. There are several rigs drilling for XTO in Waterman at this time. Does anyone know where other XTO wells are that might tie into this pipeline. Maybe around the Lake Pinkston area.

I'll check but I don't think I have any info on surface owners....
part of our family has surface acres in polley unit ,what you need
ACCORDING TO THE RRC , ROY BROWN HAS 10 ACRES OF MINERALS IN THE POLLEY UNIT. HE IS LOCATED IN THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF THE UNIT.
HIS LAND IS IN THE H. HANCOCK SURVEY. DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING ON THE SURVEY ,YOU CANT CHANGE THE SURVEY. ANYWAY WAS HE IN THE POLLEY 1 THAT WAS DRILLED OVER A YEAR AGO, I WILL GO BACK AND LOOK IF HE WAS LISTED ON IT , IF HE WAS AND WASNT RECEIVING PAYMENT HE NEEDS TO CONTACT DEVON. BE THANKFUL HE GOT PUT IN A UNIT.MAYBE THE POLLEY2 WILL BE BETTER THAN THE POLLEY 1
i went back and looked at the polley 1 which was drilled in the spring of 2006 and mr brown was in it. unit is the same as it is in the polley 2
which they are suppose to be drilling now .
couldnt reply to the below below didnt have a reply under it but anyway, do you know how to go to rrc and pull up permits if you do
at the bottom of drill permits filed ther will be a plat attached
plus most of thre time a p-12 attached with list mineral owners
in the unit , not necessarly ever one, say if you and your brothers or sisters have undivided interest it will only list one of you on each tract, you can go back to polley 1 and review it was filed in the spring of 06 it has same info as the polley 2, just a different surface location, reply back if you cant do this and i will tell you how to get into it, mr brown has been in polley 1 from the start, and all the stuff to the west and dirsctly to the south is xto, which alot of it they got from miller energy
So, Miller sold their leases in the Hancock tracts, to XTO? I didn't know it was XTO, that good news.
John, Back on Jan 2nd, I said, that the Powdrill#2, looked like it was already in production...But that was incorrect info on my part. Today, the site is covered with all kinds of frac equipment, more than I have ever seen...It's pretty impressive! This may be the "BIG ONE!!" And, on Friday, I got a call, and they wanted to start staking Powdrill #3 on Saturday. Will finish up tomorrow. They are very tight lipped about it, but I was told, that if the Powdrill #2 wasn't good, or really good, they wouldn't be in such a hurry to stake the #3.
does anyone know what xto is leasing land for in waterman at this time ? what is the current rate?
Donna,
I don't know what the current leasing rate is for XTO in the Waterman area. If you are not leased yet, then they may have missed you. There are other companies that have leases in that area, I think Devon has some there. Do you know the survey name that you are in?
This XTO pipeline ROW, has stopped for now. While the road and well site has been completed, the land owner
is holding out for more money. Not sure if his Attorney has filed some kind of document, or if XTO, just doesn't have a drilling rig to put on the site. At any rate, nothing is happing at this time. Just want to put an up date for those that might be interested.
