No Ma'am, but you can find any survey and the wells in it at this website: www.rrc.state.tx.us/gis/index.html
IM NOT SURE WHERE YOUR SURVEY IS, BUT I AM IN BURTON PAUL SURVEY. MY RIGHTS ARE BETWEEN PAULS STORE AND HUXLEY. WHERE ARE YOU AT
Durango Mom, just south of your survey is Highway 2694. There are more wells down there than you can shake a stick at. Here's an example of a well that hit to your south.

Now thats dang good production for 6200' depth (Huxley 6100)
On the far west side of your survey is Centerpoint Energy's Gathering System. Thats also good. Time is your friend D.Mom ; )
WOW, AS I STATED EARLIER I AM SEVERAL HOURS AWAY, SO I DONT GET TO SEE ALL THAT IS GOING ON DOWN THERE. I DONT KNOW ALOT ABOUT PRODUCTION, OR DEPTH, WHAT IS IT THE DEEPER THE DEPTH THE BETTER OR WHAT. I READ EARLIER ABOUT CHESAPEAK SIGNING WITH ELLORA AT THE END OF THE MONTH FOR 65% OF DEEP WELL RIGHTS AND SAID TO BE PAYING 350 MILLION I BELIEVE, I MAY BE WRONG ON THAT I HAVE READ SO MUCH ON THESE SIGHTS IT ALL RUNS TOGETHER.
D.Mom, click on this State GIS Map and click on Shelby county. You can see the volume of wells in the area your asking about. Its not hard once you get the hang of it.

I AM NOT SURE WHERE PW HARVEY SURVEY IS, WHAT TOWNS ARE YOU CLOSESET TO. I HAVE A MAP OF HUXLEY AND SURROUNDING AREA, BUT THATS ALL
D.Mom, did you click on that GIS map? I promise it'll help you out on any questions you have. Just play around with it until you get the hang of it.
To answer your question, Im not far from Timpson Tx. NW Shelby county.
I TRIED, AND WAS ABLE TO PULL UP SHELBY COUNTY BUT THAT WAS ABOUT IT. IT HAD LIGHT GREEN SURVEY LINES I THINK. BUT NO SURVEY NAMES. IM NOT SURE WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR, I SAW GIS MAP VIEWER AND GIS VIEWER HELP, BUT DIDNT SEE THE STATE ONE YOU SPOKE OF EARLIER. I AM LOST. WILL TRY AGAIN
ok : )
If you can print this out you won't have to try to remember everything...

Click on GIS Map Viewer. Click on "Accept". The state of Texas appears next. Over to the right side select Shelby County (you will see 001 Anderson in the selection box) by clicking on the little arrow and scrolling down until you see Shelby...click on it...Shelby County will appear. Up at the top of the screen, you will see a square with red arrows. Clicking on these arrows will let you move the map in the direction you want to look. If you want to move the map to the right you would click on the right arrow, etc.
Under the red arrows you will see "ZOOM IN 1.5X" ( Later on, if you want to move in faster, click on "ZOOM IN 3X".)

In order to see the surveys and their names you will have to ZOOM IN several times (4-5 times). As you ZOOM IN, you will also need to click on the red arrow to the right so that you will be able to see the surveys closer to the lake. Just keep ZOOMing IN and moving to the right until you begin to see the survey names appearing. You will see lots of lines going every which way but just keep ZOOMing IN and moving to the right until you see "PAUL". If you keep ZOOMing IN (maybe go up if you need to) you will begin to see that there are two surveys with "PAUL" names. These are the ones I found...
Map 419 A-566 PAUL, B
Map 419 A-567 PAUL, B
Map 419 A-892 PAUL, S B
Map 419 A-841 PAUL, W A

I don't know which one is yours but if you keep ZOOMing IN, you can see the abstract numbers (very small) in a corner of the survey. I think that either A-566 or A-892 may be the the one you are looking for.

Once you find what you are looking for, you can print it if you want to. I printed mine (W J Thomas survey) after I figured out what to do.

Also, you will notice the word "Legend" under the "Print" button. If you take a look at it you will be able to figure out what all of the little symbols mean.

I really had fun trying to figure out how to make the GIS Viewer work..I think it's really cool...you will too...once you "get the hang of it" like easttexas12 said!!

If you have any more questions or need any more help...send me a reply.
THANKS, I THINK I CAN GET IT. I WASNT USING THE ARROWS OR THE ZOOM IN.
Great!! I knew you could do it!!! It just takes a little getting used to.

BTW...I have heard through the grapevine that land in your area was leased for $2500/acre but that was several months back.
