Does anyone know if there any landowners from T23 at the meeting?
We are not in the state, but are willing to make the calls to contact owners in that area.

I probably can include you in ours if you aren't too far north....T23 is just north of me and I have one neighbor listed...Most of the land in that direction from me is Timber company land with mineral rights owned by the Bolinger Co. Let me know where the land is and I will look for you.

I have a friend who lives up there and you obviously don't know what you are talking about. I know for a fact there has been an offer and several interested companies. Who are you to say they won't get an offer....who made you GOD? I have read several other replies you have made on other topics and you have to be the most negative person I have seen in a while! Why don't you say I hope they do get an offer? Looks like this board is for people trying to help one another and I think that leaves you OUT!

Let me rephrase....If you get an offer, it will not be HS money...if it is, the OG company is misinformed. There has been NO BONUS PAID in that area in the thousands per acre. The only group interested in that area for HS has come up missing.

Are you calling me a liar? Dont' pretend to know something and not even have a clue who is dealing with them up there...and it is more than one company...I know my friend is no liar. And we don't tell who it is because it is none of your business....know it all!!

Looks like someone has Haynesville Sand in their panties......Has anyone got paid up there? That's what I thought. No leases recorded either. We have 5000 acres up there and Chesapeake said they wouldn't give 200/acre for it. If you were in it, you would have many offers from CHK, HK, XTO, etc...Have you got an offer from them? That's what I thought.
