Any info on leaseing south of Castor Township 14n Range 8W Section 2????

Have 20 acres unleased would like to hear if anyone around Roytown has been offered a lease

There is a Haynesville unit in 14N 8W-Skip will know the section and who pulled it.

I don't know about leasing, but if you want to keep track of wells in 14N,8W go to Sonris, then to wells by section,township, range and leave the section part blank, put in 14N (township), and 8W(range) and it will bring up ALL the wells in that township/range. Two very interesting wells are the Weyerhauser(ser#232798) in 14/8 and Foster 35(ser#227020) in 15/8. It appears that the Foster 35 was a horizontal way back in 2002.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
