Yes we are kin to ricky and angie. The guys name is Mark Burford ,said there offer is 6000 an acre and 1/4 roalaties and no fees. Does anyone out there who is lying or telling the truth? Also know someone who signed for 10,000 an acre in Princeton and thanks for the compliment on the dogs.

The price has gone up $10K pr/ acre. This is confirmed close to Pilot station.
