EAST TEXAS DRILLING REPORT
DEVELOPMENTAL

Gregg County

The Lake Cherokee Gas Unit No.1 will be drilled by Verado Energy, Inc. in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 14,000-feet 7.4 miles northwest from Tatum in the Lee, I Survey, A-237. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

Rusk County

The Spikes Gas Unit No.1 Well No.19 and the Spikes Gas Unit No.1 Well No.31 will be drilled by Sandridge Onshore, LLC in the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field. These wells will bottom at 14,000-feet 5.1 miles southeast from Henderson in the Peck, S R Survey, A-620. The wells may also be drilled in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field.

In a lease 10.2 miles southwest from Tatum, in a Wildcat Field, the McRae Hay GU Well No.1H will be drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. This well will bottom at 15,000-feet in the Michell, D Survey, A-599 and may also be drilled in the Beckville (Haynesville) Field.

NFR Energy, LLC will drill the Strong Well No.2 within city limits of Henderson in the Carthage, North (Bossier Shale) Field. This well will bottom at 13,000- feet in the Warren, E B Survey, A-835 with a depth of 13,000-feet and may also be drilled in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field.

The Perry Thompson Gas Unit No.1 Well No.13 will be drilled by Verado Energy, Inc. in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 12,000- feet in the Mc Clain, J Survey, A-19 six miles southeast from Elderville. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

In a lease 2.95 miles northwest from Minden, in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field, the Green Gas Unit 1 Well No.110 will be drilled by Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. This well will bottom at 13,500- feet in the Reel, J Survey, A- 33.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. will drill the Green Gas Unit 1 Well No.112 in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 3.08 miles northwest from Minden in the Reel, J Survey, A-33 with a depth of 13,500-feet.

Rusk County

The Gray GU 1 Well No.02 and the Huff, G.J. GU Well No.08 have been completed in the Oak Hill Field by NFR Energy, LLC. The No.02 is located two miles northwest from Henderson with a depth of 10,990-feet. When gauged on a 48/64- inch choke, the well potentialed 752,000 cubic feet of gas. The No.08 is located four miles northwest from Henderson with a depth of 11,033-feet. This well was gauged on a 30/64-inch choke and potentialed 1.361 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. has completed the Blackstone Minerals G.U. No.1 Well No.18 and the Harrell Gas Unit No.2 Well No.12 in the Brachfield, Southeast Field. The No.18 is located 3.48 miles northeast from Minden with a depth of 10,910-feet and potentialed 592,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 1.75- inch choke. The No.12 is located 2.11 miles northeast from Minden with a depth of 10,925-feet and potentialed 2.200 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 26/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 21/64- inch choke, the Hutchings, J. Unit Well No.22 potentialed 1.939 million cubic feet of gas. Energen Resources Corp. has completed this well to a depth of 10,645-feet in the Oak Hill Field. Location is 5.3 miles northwest from Tatum. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. has completed the TXU Gas Unit Well No.101, the Purdie Gas Unit 1 Well No.101 and the Hays Gas Unit Well No.2 in the Brachfield, Southeast Field. The TXU Gas Unit Well No.101 is located 2.1 miles west from Minden with a depth of 11,036-feet. The well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 1.155 million cubic feet of gas. The Purdie Gas Unit 1 Well No.101 is located 3.2 miles west from Minden with a depth of 11,125-feet. This well potentialed 1.317 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. The No.2 is located 2.6 miles northwest from Minden with a depth of 10,825-feet. This well was gauged on an adjustable choke and potentialed 422,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The East Texas Field has seen the E. B. Alford No.2 Well No.2R completed by East Texas Oilfield Service. This well is located one mile north of Longview with a depth of 3,628-feet. This well flowed with ten barrels of crude, choke size not recorded
