T12 R13 Units

I have been notified that they are forming units in T12 R13, Does anyone know if you can find out in which sections that have planned drilling sites and projected dates. Thanks for any info.

Kay, that does seem to be a reasonable timing. I would assume Chesapeake intends to drill some of the 4 wells into adjacent units from your surface location. Is your property located close to a corner in Section 8?

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
