Received a letter for pre-application notice to create five additional drilling and production units in sections 1-2-3-4 and 13 in 16n-9w for petrohawk

Thanks, topycreek. We can add those units/sections to 5,9,10,15,21,24,25 & 28 for Petrohawk. Chesapeake is in 29, Will Drill in 31-33 & 35 (although it appears they will not operate) and XTO in 7,8 & 16. A total of 22 by my count. If you can scan and post a copy of the notice, I'm sure there are members who would like to see it.

Skip, Are all these units HA, or are the re-applications for all drilling? If not, then which section are HA?

All HA Drilling & Production Units. I do not track when operators apply for other formations in addition to the HA.
