If I remember correctly it was 5% of the signing bonus or 1% of the royalty.

Hey Shalelover , One thing for sure is that after a couple of metings it is difficult to come up with new material when you are dealing with gohaynesvilleshale.com readers. We still have to reach out to the less informed.The guy's that spend their time here have a far better grasp on things then your average citizen.I am starting to sound like an infomercial myself.When you are adding new people constantly to the rolls you have to start from the begining to bring all up to speed. At least thats how I look at it. You have to be fair with everyone.Give everyone the same shot at the same info to make the same well informed decission.

SWAMO, stands for South Webster Association of Mineral Owners. We are putting a no fee association for people in South Webster Parish together, or for anywhere really.

Hello Glenda BaBy ,We are a totaly fee free,no % group trying to make a difference .Its a coalition of area mineral owners based out of South Webster. We are based in Webster but we have acreage in numerous areas. I was just crazy enough to think that the super coalition was a good idea. Still do. The Barnett has given us a glimps into our future. Unfortunately some still think that the O&G's will be fair to them and pay them what is right. That is not going to happen.

Please be cautious of some of the other "FREE" groups out there.I know of several that are flipping the property for a profit or are receiving a riding royalty. In other words they are getting paid behind your back for the life of the play .That will come to millions of dollars over the life of this play that should have gone into you and your neighbors pockets. Not so free then is it ?
If you aren't currently in a group or would just like to hear about the approach we are taking come on out and see us. If you don't like it I will give you your money back.......Oh yea , I can't do that because its free ! 100 % FREE

Snake and CMI did a fantasic job of emceeing last night. It came from the heart and not the pocket book and people could tell that.
