Comparative Offers in Blanchard Area 18N15W
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone was contacted this week by Winchester in Blanchard, 18N15W? I received a letter about leasing and called. He said there is a blanket offer for our area of $8,000 / 25%. He also told me that most of our area was already leased by Winchester, not Chesapeake, and that I should consider strongly signing with them instead of CK, of course! :)
Anyway, I wanted to provide a rundown of my offers in 18N15W so far in case it helps anyone in knowing what I have been offered for my 4 acres as an individual (and of course, one of these offers is as pooled land with Castellano's group). When all of this started, I contacted each O&G company and asked if they were intersted in my land, which led to one of these offers.
$7,500 / 25% Manna Acquisitions (for CK)
$8,500 / 25% XTCO
$15,250 / 25% Castellano (for CK)
$8,000 / 25% Winchester
Hope this helps someone...thought it couldn't hurt....I would be curious to see how other homeowners' offers are comparing to each other.

Enough is Enough.
Im tired of not being able to find a HOA. I dont stand a chance by myself: I might as well join one of this website's sponsors:sure they charge 3%, but so what,Uncle Sam wants 35%, LA. Sam wants 6%. at least I can set my on reserve amount .[a modest.... $25K / 25% / 3yr/2yr.] and sleep at night and not worry about who got what.
the admin. might pull this.
EZMinerallease.com is having an auction Aug 25th for Caddo Parish members. you sign up for 90 days, have an option to accept the auction $$ or not. dont cost nothing to join. 3% if you lease.
Peace of Mind is worth the % fee. -

I'm doing it all, trying to find a local group, laying in the cut, fishing for bait, joining a "fee" assoc., etc.....
One local group that I have contacted are asking for $12,500 / 25%......... seems pretty low-ended to me
is that the going rate these days?? -

Ray - Have you checked out NorthParkEstates.net? This area includes many areas here in North Caddo Parish. We are in the beginning stages - but my best advice is for you (and any others West of Shreveport, North of Blanchard, etc) to check it out. We are all home owners so no fees. We just have a great group trying to tie areas together.
