They have leased some land around Doyline. I know of offers over by Truckers Paradise as well, They are interested, they are just trying to be mum about it all. Be patient, it will come. They have not approached me for my land in A-1 in Webster but it is less than a mile from my mineral rights in section 36 Township 17n 11 w in Bossier Parish, which have been leased for 10 years and producing for as many. I believe I have depth limitations in sec 36, so i do expect to hear from them as well. Once again, Patience................

well, well, well. there are so many differences that i am sure there is someone, somewhere that is probably enjoying to watch the things they have probably stirred up. me, i am happy, by all means. that doesn't mean i have a lot of money, and would for sure to have the access to more. i have nothing to loose, and everything to gain to wait until i feel the time is right for me to do something. these discussions, meetings, and information help me, that if things work out for me i will make a decision. i appreciate you all. thanks. :)

Hello Mr. Anderson , We must be in a hurry to learn all we can ! That is the only hurry that would be in your best interests. People need to know we are trying to get things done behind the scenes but they also need to know we aren't getting in a big hurry for anything pertaining to negotiations. The offers are not even close to where they should be. So we wait . The more you understand about this process the less likely you will be taken advantage of. Plain and simple.

I have 40 acres in T-20 and R-8. Mine is in Claiborne parish. Would like to know more about what you have heard about this area.

I have property in A1 that is leased by Samson. It was leased when I bought it. I don't have the lease papers, how do I find out the depth???? I also have a little over an acre in A2 that does not have a lease on it that I would be happy to throw in the pot. I'm a newbie at this, so any help would be great!!!

Mommy of three....MOST of us are new at this!If it wasn't fot some folks like Snakestewart and Sam Makowski,I would be totaly lost. :)

The lease should be on file in the court house but I don't know how much info will be on it . I have heard that the company holding the lease would send you a copy but I don't know for sure. Try them and then the court house.

I'm located in Township 20 Range 9W and I heard about this pool. Do you know anything much about it??

I have a friend that owns 50 +/- acres but I think it would be on the west side of T20 R9. Is that even close to your pool area.
