Alot of surveyors are back in the game Soda Lake Game Perserve behind my house driving trucks on my land (right now). Talked to lawyer about that anyone else have this happening? Can anyone read those SONRIS reports. Well 238345 sits right on the border of section 10 ( I know it looks far but its not. SONRIS says I had a well plugged in my front yard but the site is 800yards North.) I ask because the rig worked said they were going horizontal west. They can't go but 150yards till section 10. The last land offer I rec'd was from some called COBRA 250 dollars an acre 10%roylties. Email to thomasawatson@yahoo.com or erbatman@aol.com. Any help would be appreciated Thank you. ( I just get the feeling these big companies will screw you if they can.)

Check the main Page for Cobra....
Also in the top right of this page is an seach box you can do a search that way also
Thomas. Cobra is not an Exploration & Production (big) company. They don't drill wells. They just steal minerals. Offers from real E&P companies will be delayed for some time as there is no current interest or activity in any of the 19N townships. Be patient. It will come. Stop those surveyors and ask them what they are up to. See if you can confirm that their activity is associated with Haynesville Shale development.
Thank you, finding a surveyor to come out then I'm putting up a fence. There is yellow making tape all over the game preserve going from on well to the other, some of it on my land. Have No Tresspassing signs out but did not work. Only have 5 ac but they are my 5 ac.
I don't see why they would possibly want a second well in that section, that doesn't make any sense at all. No one would put a second well in a 19N section at this time.
if they think they have founded the rigt frac to flick, they will try again.
Well if that is the case they would go to the next section.
The HA wells in north Caddo have provided important data on other deep formations that may be worth developing. Past HA unit applications have included Hosston, Upper and Lower Cotton Valley and Smackover formations. Now Hosston units are being added to existing HA Drilling & Production Units. The lower HA formation pressures in north Caddo may very well facilitate the commingling of production from multiple deep formations. North Caddo minerals will be developed in the not too distant future when the price of natural gas increases and the economics are more favorable.
I do not know who I think Matador, but some oil crews are behind my house clearing land for a well (on Soda Game preserve) told my wife they were expecting to set up this month. They have already cleared land for a pipeline. They are using a road on my land and yet no one has contacted me. I can literally hit this area with a rock from my land. Any suggestions?
hit em with a bill for damages!
