Budman, I to have been closely monitoring this area. My family owns land in Hunter where 539 hits 191. Down close to the old Sand Hill road there are three wells that I have been waiting to see a completion report. All three should be in deep enough to get into the shale. We just recieved an offer to purchase our royality rights. An offer that we are definitely going to refuse but leads me to believe that they have found something in this area. I will keep looking on Sonrus site for more information.

I had several companies attempting to purchace my mineral rights in the last 3 yrs......some offering 66 times average of last 12 months royalty payments. I think one company was Permaien Basin Acquisition. They started at like 30 times average. They even included a nice little bank draft for about 2500 bucks just to get you intrested. With 15 producing gas wells on my unit, I shredded all of them. My land has been HBP for many years.....by Comstock...so if you have some maps on any Comstock HS locations in 22 T12N 16W that would be great. Thanks

If I'm looking at my map right, you are very close to us. We are in 11N, R 15W, Section 8. Lots of the land in that area is owned by Parker/Roberts descendents. My Dad, his brother & sister leased in Dec 2005 for 3 years, with a 2 year opt. My Aunt got some kind of a request about a pipeline across the property a few weeks ago. Have any of you heard of that?

Hi Foxie lools like you are the SW DeSoto guru?
If so when you have some time coudl you tell me what is happening in Sec 31 12N 11W? (Pelican) Live out of state. Have tried to get good at using SONRIS, but I questino how up to date it is. I am told there are 2 wells nearby (within a few miles), but I am not sure.
Is this true?
Is anyone drilling and/or completed drilling anywhere in Sec 31, at a Haynesville depth?
Is there another website to see drilling info in a easier to navigate fashion?

Give me a little bit and I will look up on sonris for you, I do know that they are presently drilling on John Harris's land in Oxford. Big Rig and is going to HS. Another well was drilled between Oxford and Pelican on the Gallaspie Estate, Rocking G Farms. No completion data has been filed on this well yet.
