Received an offer of $2,000/NMA plus retaining ORRI above existing burdens & 25% of Haynesville formation in Panola Co. Tx. Current Cotton Valley Sand producing gas unit covers approx 400 acres. I know that similar rights in the area sold for that in 2009. I have no idea if that is the going rate now.  Anybody know what current prices are being paid per NMA?
