Non Payment of Royalty

My family has previous production from  previous wells drilled in a section.A new well was drilled and according to Sonris started producing in January 2023.After repeated emails to operator verifying ownership, my family has not received a royalty payment. I am positive we own the mineral rights.Do we have the right to renegotiate the lease royalty payment terms due to non payment?  Or other option to increase NRI due to non payment? What should I do?See More

"It is my understanding that it is possible for operator's to test a HZ well's production. Sometimes the revenue from that production is 100% retained by the operator and not shared with the mineral owner.  How many days is the test…"

Jed, I can tell you how to request a unit survey from the Office of Conservation but I do not post that in open discussion threads as I don't want to take the risk of the person responsible for that being flooded with requests.  As long as the requests are occasional, I think he may continue to require operators to submit delinquent surveys.  I'm unsure where the moratorium stands currently.
