I am positive we own the mineral rights.Do we have the right to renegotiate the lease royalty payment terms due to non payment? Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant said… Jed, I can tell you how to request a unit survey from the Office of Conservation but I do not post that in open discussion threads as I don't want to take the risk of the person responsible for that being flooded with requests. As long as the requests are occasional, I think he may continue to require operators to submit delinquent surveys. I'm unsure where the moratorium stands currently.
