IC vs. EMPLOYEE
DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY INPUT REGARDING THIS ISSUE BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO BE A GROWING PROBLEM WITH THE LOCAL BROKERS IN NWL? IT'S UNBELIEVABLE JUST HOW THESE GUYS ARE CONTROLLING "INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS" AS EMPLOYEES. THEY USE SCARE TACTICS THAT ACTUALLY WORK WITH MOST OF THE "NEWBIES" TO THE INDUSTRY. PEOPLE ARE SCARED FOR THEIR JOBS SO THEY CONFORM TO THE "COMPANY RULES" JUST TO SAVE FACE, INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY MAKING A STAND FOR WHAT IS "LEGALLY" MORAL. I WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS… Continue
