That's what it looks like to me too..
They have survey stakes in that pasture across pines rd. from where they are currently clearing.

Depends on which side they drill. Pines Rd. is the section line. The (section) side Brookshire is on has been unitized, across the street has not. Haven't heard of any permitting for a well yet.
