The Clock Is Ticking-Act Before it Is Too Late-Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less

In 19 days, it may be decided whether or not we begin drilling for more American energy.

It may all come down to whether or not you take action right now. Here's how you can help in under 1 minute.

The U.S. Department of Interior decides when and where we drill, and they decide based on public feedback.

This means that if they hear from more people that are opposed to drilling than are for it, then no new drilling will happen until at least 2015. And they're only accepting comments until September 21.

Those of us who want to drill now must rule the day.

The anti-energy groups are already collecting hundreds of thousands of signatures and we must surpass them.

The way for you to help right now is to submit your comment at YourEnergyOpinion.com.

Everything is pre-written, so all you have to do is enter your information and hit "Submit Letter."

This is about creating more American jobs by developing more American energy. This is about making sure that our energy needs are never held hostage to foreign countries that don't like us.

Please submit your comments right now at YourEnergyOpinion.com and ask your friends to do the same.

Thanks so much for your time and participation.

Sincerely,

Dan Varroney

Ditto
Me too
Mine is on the way also.
I did it.
As Van Jones said, for those of you who don't know he is Chairman Obama's new "green jobs czar"
"those who advocate drilling more oil and gas wells are smoking crack"
he's in the doghouse right now. i don't expect him to last much longer.
Yup. He's gone! Thanks Glen, you eliminated one of the Czar's! And since he thinks us Republicans are a**holes, I guess this is where we tell him "nanny nanny boo boo"!

What a twit he was. 15 minutes of fame all used up!
As a royalty owner, do I really want even more offshore production, to further lower the prices??? Did I read it here last week? or elsewhere, that the Haynesville Shale, once in full production will produce more ng in a year than the country uses in three years? The price is horrible now... my royalty checks are abysmal.

Now if they're talking about oil production, that's great.
yes I think it should be more wells drilled, the gas is there and we need to keep drilling so we can supply our own entergy and not have to depend on other countries to supply our need
The problem is that our government has spent the past forty years with no comprehensive energy policy except to keep oil as cheap as possible, regardless of the source. Remember the backlash when gasoline prices jumped? Washington only wants cheap oil. Thats why Obama is giving incentives to Brazil to drill off their coast. He knows we need new discoveries to keep the price down (it also helps that Brazil is a friend, has a currency based on the US dollar, and is politically stable), and he can do this while keeping American Eco groups happy by preventing drilling off California and Flordia.
