We own no minerals in Louisiana but I try to keep an eye on wells in Caddo and DeSoto parishes because they are contiguous to Harrison and Panola Counties.
If I am reading the information correctly, there are currently 5 operators (Chesapeake, Covey Park, etc) drilling directional wells to depths of over 20,000 feet in the western portion of these two parishes at present. The experts will know if I am incorrect on the depth.

I'm sure Julie could answer your question.
You're welcome, Kathy. All the land owners help us to keep up with the what and where of development activity across our region. A mutual aid society if you will.
I am. :-)
