I'm on the south side of the lake 500 ft south of lakeshore dr. There has been two signs put up advising that he(or she) will pay 15,250 an acre for property in this area. I figure, as the crow flies, I am located about 3 to 3 and 1/2 miles from the blanchard hwy. Do you think I would be included in an offer?
