Shady Grove Home Owners

Get questions answered about the Haynesville Shale. Get updates on our area. Also, sign up with the SBHOC if you haven't already. This meeting is for the FOLLOWING STREETS BELOW ONLY; please refrain from telling other Shady Grove homeowners due to limited space, other sections of the Grove will be scheduled on another day/date. Tomorrow evening's informational meeting will include the following streets; Paul, Elaine, Kenny, Mike, Helene, Evelyn, Logan, Niles, Lake, Diana, Fox (Shady Grove), Dennis, Pollyana, Shady Grove Drive (from Macks Bayou to Dennis), Ray (from Shady Grove Drive to Aulds Library), Christine (from Ray to Shady Grove Drive).

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
