Pipeline Negotiation Louisiana Midstream Desoto Parish

Has anyone negotiated pipeline right of way with Louisiana Midstream. If so, what is your per rod offer and per acre offer in forested timber land. Thanks

300/rod and 2500/AC. Not sure if this is good or not. If you have any info, please let me know. I know this post is over a year old, but any updates would be appreciated.
Trying to find the same thing regarding the Tiger pipeline with no luck so far.
Have you had an offer from them? If so, do you mind disclosing?
Initial offer from them is $7125 an acre for permanent ROW (60') and $1425 per acre for the temporary workspace (65'). No mention of rods. Keep in mind thats a 42" pipeline.
The permanent ROW number appears to be $142.50/rod, maybe somebody can check my math. So um, yeah I'd tell em to KMA.
Bacon:

Is this for multiple lines, or single for the 42? Seems like a lot of space and TWS for a single.

Randy:

From the above offer, I get $161.93/rod @ 60' width

$7125/ac. x (1 ac./43560 sq.ft) x (60 ft [width]) x 1 rod [length]) x (16.5 ft / 1 rod)

The math does not look appreciably better, but a little different.
If I'm reading the plat right, yes, one 42" pipeline. Apparently they changed the alignment to parallel the Gulf South and not the Centerpoint in our area since this plat.
