Workover rigs and different crews do the finish work I believe. The well could just be waiting to be tied online to produce a readable flow at the meter.
Once the well is drilled and it looks like it will produce, pipe will be set. I don't know if they they ca use a workover rig to set pipe on a horz.

Once pipe is set, it could be months before the well is fraced.

A rig is not needed to frac the well. However, there will be plenty of equipment on the location.

Once the frac is complete, the equipment will be moved off.
Thank you for helping me understand what's going on.

On 9/23/2008 they set 7 5/8" to 11,430'
On 10/14/2008 they set 5 1/2" to 16,453'
Keep an eye on the well site. With the pipe in they will be eager to get on with the completion. Look for the big frac tanks that will start showing up. They will need quite a few for such a long lateral, and will will probally do a multi stage frac. As the tanks arrive it will take some time to fill them.

If you can be near when thay do the job, its quite a sight.
