I would really like to know where you are receiving your information about Ranchland Acres. As I stated in an earlier reply, I have owned a 5 acre lot (Sec 12 T13N R15W) in Ranchland Acres since 1981 . I have been under lease 27 years. According to Sonris, most of the sections in T13N have active production from the Bethany - Longstreet Field.

I got the information thru someone who was told that---i also received
an e-mail from someone else who stated that they heard the same thing-
thats all i know-- and i wish those folks all the best--i do know someone just south of there that has been offered 28,500 an acre- i just hope i
can get those figures!!!!!!! you too!!!!!!!!

I hope that is true also. I would hope that El Paso Energy , who has my lease would decide to re-drill into Haynesville. I know that the bonus money is moot, but at least my royalty check would increase. Good luck with your property.
