I know that in San Augustine and Sabine Counties they are paying $5,000 and 1/4. I have even heard of $6,000 if you bring in 1,000 acres or more. The price has really escalated in the past 3 weeks. Wonder if it will go much higher? Companies Leasing are Devon, EOG, Encana, Chesapeake, Crimson, Eagle, Cabot and Southwestern.
