Lease Bonus vs size

I start this in the Shelby County group, but should get more response in general haynesville shale site. The large bonus of $30,000/acres are for the large single owner (100% full minerals)of large acres tract > 1000 acres. What are the true offers received for the small acres tract most people have, <1 acre, 1-5a, 5-10a,10-20a, 20-50a, 50-100a, >100acres?
