I believe the #1 Well would have produced less than 2 MMcfd and combined two wells produced 32.5 MMcfd for the month. This may explain why EnCana is drilling seven additional wells in this section.
EnCana, Kathryn Drake 4 #H2A Well, Serial #241502, S4-T14N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 21593 Mcfd, 25/64" Choke, 7451 psi Flowing Pressure

Maybe Encana trying to drain as much gas as possible before they plug it. Not sure DNR is going to allow 9 HA wells in one section.
FXEF, Skip said the following:
"All the wells will likely have choke programs that decrease restriction as they deplete to some extent to match the take away capacity..... this can occur only in sections with gathering systems designed to accommodate production from multiple wells."
I'm guessing that output and input for some reason have to be close to one another.
