I have a friend that lives in 18-15N-13.  She says the well pad for The Davis Well in 7-15N-13W has been enlarged to about double it's original size and has been non stop construction for the past 3 months.

Do you know the approximate size of the pad, Bobi?  It doesn't take 3 months to prepare a pad, even a large one however pads are often used as locations to temporarily store equipment and materials.  There can be a lot of coming and going without any actual construction taking place.
