Their way nine new well permitted in San Augustine co tx 05-15-2015. Sm energy is the one drilling them. Does anyone have info on this. Recon then might be getting ready to ship gas to Sabine pass to sene nat gas over seas?

Those are not new wells, Kevin. They are filing for SWR 37 Exceptions on nine existing (3-4 year old) units due to unleased interests in several tracts. I will post the service lists and unit names later today. I don't have time to do it right now. Everyone should read through the service lists to see if they recognize anyone or maybe know how they can be contacted. SME is saying that they made an effort to locate and lease these people but were unsuccessful. I've already notified one person, who I recognized, that they need to contact SM Energy.

The Byrd Unit is the only one which has the application filed, a docket number assigned and the service list certified, so far. There are seven of these SWR 37 applications by SM Energy filed last week. The other two wells on the last page of permit query results for San Augustine County are actual new wells (Exco & XTO).
