A Better Way to Decide Who's a Featured Shaler

This will start changing month to month and will be dependent upon the number of views each profile gets. I will list the top 20 from the top left corner downward. The first spot will be reserved for someone not necessarily in the top 20, but someone who has jumped in to contribute in unique and helpful ways.

The list will always represent the previous months statistics. The currently featured shalers are taken from the month of March. I hope this will change it up a bit and make it a little more interesting.

Not a reflection on those that have small children. It's just that I have been taking care of my 2 toddler grandchildren this week and a kid free zone sounds like heaven rght about now!
