I'd like to give a big "Thank You" and a tip of the hat to Paul V., Andrew H., and Skip for their help and expertise concerning my multi-level problems in Bossier Parish. When I fell into this situation a year and a half ago, I had no idea that things were in such a mess...but I sure know now!

I think I've got a great team assembled and things are beginning to move forward. Thanks for helping a totally ignorant fellow from Nebraska figure this mess out and chart a way to proceed to solve the puzzle!
